The last solution or just running away for problems?

Many people think about suicide, because of very different things. But later, most of them have recognized that their life was not as bad as it looked, and then they reject the thoughts of suicide. Unfortunately, there are some people who don't reject it. It is for those people I have written this Article.

If things turn really bad you may get the feeling that nobody loves you, that you are alone in the whole wide world, and that there really is nobody who would care if you died. But, I can promise you, nothing is ever as bad as it looks. There is always someone who cares if you die.
Someone, who would be very hurt if you did suicide.

What if that person gets into a bad mood and then possibly he/she thinks about suicide. You see, if you suicide, it can be the beginning of a flood of suicides.
Do you want the person who cares about you to die?
I don't think so.
The other thing you should ask yourself, is, "is it really the solution for your problem, or are you just running away?
It can't be a solution.
How to deal with life's problems is one of the things that you learn during your life.
Solving your problems always makes you stronger. Running away won't help.
Like I said before, there is always someone who loves you and who does care about you.
If you are really depressed and think that there is nothing to live for. Think about the person who loves you and talk to him/her. During a talk with them, you will see there are many things worth living for.
It is always a good idea to talk it over with someone, because they may see a point you haven't yet thought about. The person you talk to can be a friend, a parent, or someone you trust and you think that he/she will understand.
You can always go to a church and talk to the pastor. He/she will always be willing to listen, and you can be sure that they won't tell anyone, anything that you talk to them about. Talking to the pastor is also a great idea, because they have many experiences from working with other people and can see things from other angles. They can help you to get assistance from the state or anything like that, but you must first ask for help, they will help you!
If you are unsure that you need to talk to anyone about your problems, first think if your own suicide would really be a solution. But be honest with yourself, don't think only about the worst things that have happened and created your bad mood. Think about all the nice and great things that have happened during your whole life and think about the things that could turn back to normal. Its really important that you realise that there are things you want do, things you really like, like going to a concert of your favourite band or anything like that.
Having figured out these things, you now have to think about how you can bring things back to normal. Yeah, I know, that's the most difficult part, but, you can get help from your parents, friends and other persons you trust and like, so you see, you are never alone in the world.
And that's why you should live again and don't do suicide.

Everyone who reads that should think about it and if you meet anywhere at anytime anyone who is thinking about suicide, then tell him what you have read or just tell him that he should visit the site and read the article by him/her self and/or go into the chat room and talk to someone there. If you, who read this, are thinking about suicide and are still unsure, go to the chat room and talk to one of the staff, they will always listen to your problems, and make suggestions about what you can do, or, if you don't want to chat, you can send an e-mail to me at md_geist@tscnow.com to talk about your problems.
I will always have an ear open for you, and I will help you to go over your depression.

If you want to make any comments or suggestions about things which should be written in this article, send an e-mail to md_geist@tscnow.com

Take care all
Andreas (aka MD_Geist)
